The jet aerator can increase the water body's

Note: Be sure to stop and cut off the power when checking and troubleshooting. Check whether the bearing is damaged, whether the carbon brush is wo, and polish the rust on the commutator surface. Increase the stocking density, increase the feeding intensity of the breeding objects, promote growth, greatly increase the yield per mu, and fully achieve the purpose of increasing income from breeding. Its aeration power efficiency exceeds that of aquatic aerators in the form of waterwheel, inflatable, and water spray.ufeff

Overhaul and maintenance of aquatic aerators: aquatic aerators are equipment that drives working parts through power sources such as electric motors or diesel engines to quickly transfer the 'oxygen' in the air to the aquaculture water body. When starting up, pay attention to the transportation of the aquatic product aerator. It has a simple structure and can form water flow and stir water. Check the wear of the shaft, gear and other parts of the reduction box, and whether the oil seal is intact.

Inspection and maintenance must be carried out: rotate Wholesale Jet Aerators Factory the motor rotor by hand during the inspection to see if there is any in the machine. After a period of use, the motor, gearbox, impeller, pontoon and circuit of the aquatic aerator are easily damaged and malfunctions., you should stop it immediately and restart it after troubleshooting. The sound of friction and collision. The jet aerator can increase the water body's oxygen smoothly without damaging the fish body, and is suitable for aeration in the fry pond.

It can comprehensively utilize physics and chemistry It can not only solve the problem of fish floating head caused by lack of oxygen in pond aquaculture, but also eliminate harmful gases, promote convective exchange of water bodies, improve water quality conditions, reduce feed coefficients, and increase fish pond activity and primary productivity. If there are phenomena such as reverse rotation, abnormal noise, unstable vibration, etc.

It is found that the buoyancy of the floating body is reduced due to wear and tear, and it should be checked and repaired to avoid the increase of the load and the buing of the motor. If damage is found, it should be repaired and replaced. When the winding or attachment on the impeller is found, it should be removed in time. During operation, pay attention that people and animals are not allowed to approach the impeller of the aerator to avoid damage from the impeller
